Yes, you can access Dial Up using your Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 Account. Dial Up Access is enabled by default on your Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 Account at the rate of 10 paise per minute. All you need to do is download the Tata Indicom Dialer, authenticate using your Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 Account & Dial.

Are there any special tariff Plans available for surfing Dial Up?
There are two add on Plans available for Dial Up: Night Unlimited : For Rs. 49 per month, you can access unlimited Dial Up between 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. 24 x 7: For Rs. 149 per month, you can enjoy unlimited Dial Up Access. Standard PSTN charges are applicable on both these add on packs

Can I change from one special Plan to another?
Yes, you can change your special Plan. All you need to do is, go to My Account, and in the section on Dial Up, click on ‘Modify’ button. Your new Plan will be activated from midnight and the monthly rental will be adjusted on a prorate basis. For eg : You are currently on the Standard Rate Plan as of 10th August. You subscribe to a Special Rate Plan of Night Unlimited which has a monthly rental of Rs. 49. On 00:01 a.m. on 11th August, you will be moved to the Night Unlimited Plan, and the monthly rental will be charged accordingly.

I am on a Special Plan and I want to deactivate the Plan. Is this possible?
Yes, you can deactivate a special Plan. Go to’ My Account’ and in the section on Dial Up, click on the ‘Modify’ button. You have the option of unsubscribing the Special Plan. The monthly rental will be refunded to you on a prorate basis.

Can I get a detailed view of the Dial Up usage?
Yes, you can see your detailed usage in the ‘My Usage’ section of ‘My Account’. While the ‘My Usage’ section gives an overview of all your usage, a detailed Dial Up usage can also be seen in this section.

How will I get the bill for my Dial Up usage?

If you are a Postpaid customer, you will be charged for your Dial Up usage in your Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 Bill. To view the bill, you can go to ‘My Bill’ section of ‘My Account’. If you are a Prepaid customer, charges towards dial up access will be debited from your account balance.
