Tata Communications Recognised as a Niche Player in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for CPaaS

Mumbai, INDIA, June 28, 2024

Tata Communications today announced its recognition as a Niche Player in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS).

Throughout the year, Tata Communications has enhanced its offerings to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative communication solutions to enterprises worldwide. In the latest report, Gartner® recognises Tata Communications for its CPaaS solutions, based on its Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.

In October 2023, the company completed the acquisition of global CPaaS provider Kaleyra, significantly enhancing the service offerings and competitive positioning of its suite of products for customer interactions.

“Being in the Magic Quadrant, for the first time, in our opinion, reflects the growth that we have experienced from A2P messaging provider to a trusted CPaaS platform and now a 360 degrees CX [Consumer Experience] player offering Contact Centre, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, chatbots, Video, and more,” expressed Mauro Carobene, Head of Customer Interactions Suite at Tata Communications. “Our mission is empowering businesses to elevate their interaction strategies, and we are pleased to be recognised by Gartner®, a well-respected authority in the technology space.”
