About James Walker

James is responsible for leading Tata Communications' managed network services line of business, covering enterprise and wholesale Ethernet, MPLS, hybrid VPNs, private cloud connectivity and data centre interconnect services. With over two decades’ of experience in the telecommunications and IP space, James leads the strategy, management and development of the VPN portfolio with PoPs in over 60 countries and reach to more than 190 countries. James is also President of the standards body OpenCloud Connect (OCC), launched on 40th Anniversary of Ethernet on May 23rd 2013, and an advisory director to the MEF board.
