Lalit has more than fifteen years’ experience in the technology industry, working with large enterprises on their digital transformation initiatives, and leading sales, marketing and services effectiveness programmes for global businesses across industries.
Prior to his current role, Lalit spent two years heading up talent acquisition for the company, leveraging his understanding of differences in cultures, value systems and ways of working to synthesise ideas and approaches to be effective in a multi-cultural environment like Tata Communications.
His interests outside of work include travelling the world and hiking in places like the Himalayas to test his mental and physical endurance, holding talks around innovation at management schools in India, running marathons, and volunteering to support underprivileged communities.
