About Mike Powell

Senior Vice President, Global Services and Delivery, Tata Communications.

Mike is responsible for running the Project Management and the in-life Service Management team globally for Tata Communications. In this role Mike is directly responsible for driving both the service delivery transformation agenda in our business across all geographies around the world as well as focusing on driving customer satisfaction and delivering service quality and consistency for all Tata Communications customers in Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
