About Rahul Mathur

Rahul Mathur is Vice President, Customer Success & Business Transformation, Tata Communications. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring superior customer experience and driving the business transformation of the company in this digital-first world. Rahul has more than 20 years of experience in the tech-telecom industry. He joined Tata Communications in 2004 as one of the first employees outside India to expand the business globally. Since then, he has held various leadership positions, both globally and across functions, which include product and business development, strategy, commercial management, operations and sales.
