This study, undertaken by ISG Provider Lens™ in 2022, attempted to highlight the key differences between the enterprise network and SD network offerings being provided in the United Kingdom. This analysis also accounted for the impact the Covid-19 pandemic had on enterprise behaviour across the globe. Concluding how enterprises are now evaluating various means to increase their agility, flexibility, competitiveness. Services from entities such as HCL, Tech Mahindra and Cisco were assessed. This report delivered a detailed comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of each service supplier and establishing the changing trends of the industry.
